what kind of workout plan can I make up with the equipment I have?

I need a workout plan with the equipment I have. Ideally I would like to workout my arms, shoulders, chest and abs. I have two dumbbells where I can put plates on to whatever weight I want, a bench press, and a curling bar. I also have a stand alone bench I use when I am doing isolated curls.

Dumbbell chest press (flat in and incline if your bench will adjust for incline), dumbbell shoulder press, rows, squats, lunges, calf press, deadlifts, bicep curls, shrugs… Crunches holding weight… Buy a pull-up bar and do some pull-ups as well (get biceps and upper-back done with that).

Notice that I included some lower-body stuff. Don’t just work out the upper body. You can gain some easy weight by doing lower-body work too. Plus, as you get bigger, it will help support the increased weight you will be lifting with your upper body. If your lower body is weak, you could easily injure yourself.
