what is the best workout equipment to use to get rid of cellulite on my thighs and butt?
April 1st, 2010 | by admin |i joined a gym and want results fast
Results don’t come too fast. If they did, everyone would be motivated and the U.S. wouldn’t be facing an obesity epidemic.
The best equipment? A sidewalk and your shoes, combined with your will to WORK to lose weight. Unfortunately, that’s the best way to do it. It’s tough, it’s not always fun, but you’ll get healthy and you won’t yoyo your weight.

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day is enough
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you’ve had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active eg: instead of asking your mom to pass you the remote control get it your self it does count as extra exercise
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn’t just help you lose weight it helps with you’re growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you’re lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food tell you’re mom when she cooks you’re meal to oven cook you’re food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you’re cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you’re food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you’re stomach as you eat.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
drink plain hot kettle water because it speeds up you’re metabolism
do not weigh you’re self everyday because it torments you, weight you’re self once a week ( every Monday )
good luck!
you can safley lose 2 to 3 lbs. a week
also for abs try, lay on your back, put your hand over your head on the floor you can even hold on to something heavy to keep you down and then lift your legs up and down it burns but it works really good! <3

The elliptical machine will work your hips and thighs – you’ll feel them burning. If you just joined a gym, ask a trainer to show you the proper way to use it first so you’ll be getting the most out of your workout.
Also, the treadmill. Running is great for the thighs. If you want awesome results, intermix the two. 20 minutes on the elliptical and then 20 on the treadmill.
Happy workout!!

The user two above me mentioned some good things but 2 to 3 pounds a week is just water weight…not actual fat. Most cellulite is actually hereditary and creams will not get rid of it…the most you can do for these problem areas is do about an hour of cardio (preferably every day) and do some exercises like leg lifts to tone these areas
green tea DOES NOT speed up your metabolism a significant amount although it does have good antioxidants
Do drink plenty of water though and watch the fatty foods
although the scale may not show weight loss, you will be losing fat and not just water

Davion is right- awesome answer. you’re not going to get results "fast." You’ll get results from diligence and sticking with it.
Jogging, stationary bike, elliptical will all work your legs and burn off fat. Hamstring curls will build muscle in the back of the leg.

I’ve seen a few good machines mentioned here that will work over time to get rid of cellulite. Treadmill walking or running and elliptical workouts. And yes, walking at a brisk pace works great too.
But these two machines are ideal for toning your legs, thighs and buttocks. Your gym probably has these but if not they are very reasonable in cost for a home workout.

Mesotherapy: Here number of injections of special medicines or homeopathic ingredients is given to increase metabolism. The main disadvantages are persistent soreness, bruising, and pain while taking injections.
Cosmetic surgery: It includes many likely surgical procedures like liposuction to break down the fat deposits; subcision where the top layer of skin is cut, cutting the connective tissues between the fat globules and the skin, and letting the fluid to pervade the pockets, smoothening the appearance of the cellulite; and fat transfer, where fat deposits are injected to pervade the pockets and give the cellulite a smooth appearance. Cosmetic surgery has successfully eliminated cellulite, but can have harmful side effects like infection, inflammation, pain, and recovery time.
