what good workouts that I can do inside my house, with no workout equipment?
March 12th, 2010 | by admin |I currently do pushups, dips, sit-ups . . . are there any ways that you have found to build some muscle without leaving the house or paying a health club membership bill?
http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/articles-submit/jesse-cannone/fat-burning-workout-13minutes.htm, that is a pretty hard work out
But you should do a 5 set pushup til failure workout, dips until failure, work your abs til failure, work out your legs, but most importantly increase your protein intake and calorie intake, without proper nutrition you’re not going to get bigger

Push ups and sit ups are the usual. I would invest in a workout ball. That way you can do varied pushups etc… but different types of those will help alot. You can look online or look in a fitness mag for more ideas too.

get yourself on the rug and do simple sit ups; grab to the leg of a sturdy table and raise your legs up and slowly bring them down (killer lower ab exercise!, it works better if a friend holds your legs once you’ve raised them all the way up, catapulting them down and you control the fall, another killer lower ab exercise.
Simple work out rubber bands help for arms and legs too.
