If I use workout equipment at the gym, will it stunt my growth?
July 3rd, 2010 | by admin |I’m 14, and use workout equipment that are good for your triceps, legs, biceps, and pecs. I don’t weight lift.
I’m 14, 5 foot 2, and weigh 120. I use workout equipment that are for your legs, triceps, biceps, and pecs. I don’t lift weights.
No,as long as you workout correctly and the pain you feel is the good pain and not bad pain like joints or something. You will develop muscle. So as long as you do things right,no worries,if you feel joint pains or any other unnecessary pain then stop and see what’s happening.

Not at that age. For a 12 year old, yes. You really should be able to lift 140lb at 14. If not then you’re a below average pussy. Good luck little girl.

As long as you’re not over-straining yourself, you’ll be fine. Avoiding heavy weights is good. My dad did construction and even as an adult, lifting heavy stuff over his head all day made his ribs compress and he got a few inches shorter.
