		<description>Functional fitness is probably the best way to get your body in shape. It doesn&#039;t use equipment so you can do it anywhere and  it carries over to real life better than any other type of exercising.

STRENGTH EXERCISES
Chest and triceps - pushups
Abs - crunches and vacuum
Obliques - side crunches
Quads and Glutes - squats and lunges
Lower back and hamstrings - good mornings
Hip flexors and calves - skipping
Shoulders - downward dog presses
Back and biceps - these are tough without equipment but you can use door side frames to do body weight rows

ENDURANCE EXERCISES
Martial arts
Dancing
Hill/stair running

STRETCHING
