i need really good tips on how i can tone my body.
oh yeah to all of you mean people i’m 5′9 156lbs

Functional fitness is probably the best way to get your body in shape. It doesn’t use equipment so you can do it anywhere and it carries over to real life better than any other type of exercising.

STRENGTH EXERCISES
Chest and triceps – pushups
Abs – crunches and vacuum

Obliques – side crunches
Quads and Glutes – squats and lunges
Lower back and hamstrings – good mornings
Hip flexors and calves – skipping
Shoulders – downward dog presses
Back and biceps – these are tough without equipment but you can use door side frames to do body weight rows

ENDURANCE EXERCISES
Martial arts
Dancing
Hill/stair running

STRETCHING
Yoga!
