		<description>This sounds stupid and repetitive but it&#039;s the only thing that works:
1. eat healthy 
2. excercise
3. talk to your doctor, they will know the best way for you.

It&#039;s really hard and takes a lot of will power, but it pays off. You can make it fun though. Work out with a friend or join a sports team.  If this doesn&#039;t get you down to the weight you want to be, don&#039;t be hard on yourself.  Sometimes it&#039;s just genetics. I know someone on swim team that works out every day and tries really hard and she still looks overweight, but my sister is really skinny and she never does any physical activity.
