    Squats and toe raises.

to do a toe raise, stand on a stair or curb, etc. on the balls of your feet and lower your heels down then contract your muscles and raise up to stand on your "tippy toes".

Walk up and down a staircase with a heavy back-pack.

Up – works out the thighs the most

Down – works out the calves the most.

The heavy backpack provides the resistance, like the weights on a gym machine that you would use for your legs. Your muscles will be working harder to lift your weight and the backpack up those stairs and down again.

There are many ways to strengthen leg muscles without exercise equipment. Walking is one way, doing squats, lunges, and leg bends/lifts are others.

Do some running throughout the week. Run up and down stairways regularly. Maybe you should just run everywhere lol. Do lots of squatting, meaning just bending up and down for 10-15mins everyday. When doing the squats don’t go all the way up. Trust me you’ll feel it in your thighs. The squatting is for the thighs. Hope I gave you some ideas
