How can I get muscle huge in 4 and a half months without any workout equipment at my house?
March 30th, 2010 | by admin |I am 15 and am a Freshman and want to get ripped for football this summer which is in 4 and a half months but have no gym or anything and the one at my highschool is always loaded.
If you have a carpet, you can do sit ups and other ab exercises on it. Don’t do it on hard floors, because it will hurt and damage your tail bone. You can do push ups, plank (push up position held up-it’s a lot harder then you think when you are doing it right!), side plank (push up position one arm, other arm up in the air, make a T shape), squats ( squat and jump), lunges, and jogging outside or riding a bike. Remember, before you start to exercise, stretch and warm up to avoid injury. Also, warm down (decrease the intensity of your workout by about 50% and work for another 10 minutes), otherwise you will be all achy the next morning.
Keep pushing yourself and don’t give up! Use your creativity and make up your own fun routines.

Do some chores, earn around 40 bucks. Go to wal-mart and buy a chin up bar and resistance tubes. You can do PLENTY of work with these and if you give it all you have you’ll be able to get the same results you would get from a gym. (also do push ups) Without any equipment you’ll need to just do many variations of pushups and the like

Try natural weightless exercises, for instance, pushups, pullups, jogging, squats, and dips. Also do not avoid any work that involves lifting carrying and things like that. Dont forget cardio when your getting "muscle huge".

improvise with things you have at your home. fill gallon jugs with water and lift them. lift books, the bigger the better. lift small children, but be careful not to drop them. lift anything and everything that’s heavy. start out small and work your way up. remember to warm up your muscles, do cardio as well to oxygenate your muscles, and give your muscle groups time to heal. work upper body one day and lower body the next. you could also do push ups and pull ups and things like that.

Do lots and lots of pushups and crunches. You might want to invest in some weights too…
Try running too, it builds up leg muscle.
