How can i get a six pack without workout equipment in atleast 2 months?

firstly…lower your body fat % as most people have nice abs naturally just have too much fat covering them – diet or excersise more or a combination, whatever you like to do. At the same time do 50-100 crunches a day building it up, also try the plank and one other excersise (explained next)

1 – lie flat on your back

2 – raise your legs off the floor by 2 inches roughly – hold for 30 seconds
3 – raise by another 2 inches – hold for 30.
4 – continue raising them until you no longer feel the abs burn
**this excersise works out all the different muscles that make up a 6pack and should add to definition**

Sit ups and crunches. I did 50-100 a night and got abs in about 3 weeks. Don’t really need any equipment.

you want a 6 pack in 2 months? I don’t think that can be done..

You know ? people don’t just get fat over night, their weight gets put on over time..same with losing weight and muscle mass..flat abs don’t happen over night either..it takes time..

Fat stored over the stomach is mostly animal fat, e.g fat of bacon, butter. So cut this out of your diet as well as things containing butter like cakes. Secondly just do simple stomach crunches/sit ups to define your stomach muscles. Regardless of how defined your stomach muscles are you wont get the desired effect if they’re hiding under a thick layer of flab.

lots and lots of crunches. Maybe 75 a night for a couple of weeks. If that doesn’t work try the perfect push-up you can get them at Dick’s store for $30 bucks.

50 sit-ups and 50 crunches a day…do 25 crunches then a ten second break and then 25 sit ups and give another ten second break…alternate like this for the first week and then dont alternate with no breaks for the second week. if you keep this up for 6 weeks youll have rock hard abs (if you already have at least 10% body fat and eat a lot of protein.)
