Best Way To Workout Deltoids Without Any Equipment?
April 19th, 2010 | by admin |I’m trying to workout my deltoids without any equipment due to my gym closing down such. I do have 15 pound dumbbells though but they seem a tad heavy for very effective laterals.
Is there anything I could do besides Diamond push-ups? .-.
try this: do ten push ups then get on your knees upright and push up the air ten times then you go back down and do 9 push ups then back up to the upright position do 9 air push ups. keep doing this until you get down to one. each set decreases. it sounds like some bull but your shoulders will be on fire, you cant rest in between sets either, its constant working out. then when you get nice at this routine after you complete the last set of one you go back up doing another ten sets. so it would be ten down then, ten up. be careful doing this workout ive seen people fall on their face doing this. also do jumping jacks to increase endurance in shoulders. like i said be careful shoulders injure easily
