Jackie actually goes by the motto that abs are made in the kitchen. She usually doesn’t do core work…
I looove squats. Next goal is 150 lbs (I’m 120).

this is bullshit. squat. deadlift. bench press. abs are made in the kitchen: oats. brown rice. lean protein. EFAs. Prowler or weight sprints for cardio. that’s all you need. not this shit.
