What are some things that you should include in a work out plan?
August 27th, 2010 | by admin |I told a female friend of mine that I would make her a work out plan but I’m not sure what to include in it. It’s not to lose weight just to stay fit. The main exercise will be jogging and then I wasn’t sure what other exercises that dont require any work out equipment she could do to get an overall work out.
get her to do a circuit workout just doing body weights. some body weights are:
push ups – works – pecs (chest), triceps
dips – triceps
squats – thighs
sit ups – abs
lunges – legs
skipping if she has a rope, it is really good for overall fitness
get her to do each one for 1 minute, then have a 10 – 30 second break and move to the next one, and do all this 3 times

Exercise is just as pivotal as calorie intake when it comes to losing weight. There’s plenty of good instruction for exercise on the web resource in the box below. I lost 6 pounds by taking their advice.

Going biking, or swimming, or even doing crunches.
Wait, if she has a yoga mat, she can do yoga. ;D
