What are some easy ways to work out?

I am going to Florida in about 3 weeks and I’m not fat, but I’m really out of shape. I don’t have any work out equipment except an Ab Lounge. I’ve been using that for about 3 days…haha but it is going to take more than 3 weeks to have something happening. SO if you have any ideas please share. =)
No, I will not take any suplements that will help me lose some belly fat by giving me diarrhea.

Push ups, crunches, jumping jacks, burpees, running, jogging walking. jumping. Just being active and healthy.
But don’t worry to much about it. Come on, you are going on vactation. Relax, have fun and enjoy yourself.

    eat healthy drink only water and milk(mourning only) no junk food no excessive meat eating no fast food restaurants run 1-5 miles a day outside do push ups and sit ups and ull be fine do this everyday i guarantee u will lose 20 pounds or more within 45 days

    well go for a lot of jogs or long walks, also watch what you are eating like fatty high calorie foods. When I have to lose weight for wrestling tournaments or meets i do a lot of running and strict my diet to fruit, vegetables, and water. Good Luck:)
