How can i get abs in like less than 5 months without any work out equipment?

Okay i am 14 years old 6′1 165lbs. and i think my body fat percentage is like 18%. I play football and i run track and i lift weights at my high school. I have a girl friend and she has never seen me without my shirt off. And she wants to go swimming with me but i’m self conscious about my body. I think i look fat. i have some belly fat and i think its really nasty. so i want to get abs but i don’t have any money to spend on protein pills or shake or any thing like that and i don’t have any work out equipment. please help!

All you have to do is do some sit-ups, crunches, row boats, bicycles, planks, penguins, Russian twists, and exercises like these. I works well and you will have abs after several weeks of doing this for a while each day:)

    All you have to do is do some sit-ups, crunches, row boats, bicycles, planks, penguins, Russian twists, and exercises like these. I works well and you will have abs after several weeks of doing this for a while each day:)

    Get a fitness trainer or use specifically designed fitness equipment/machines for the quickest results.

    Sit ups and crunches do not burn fat! Cardio workouts burn fat!! Try jogging at least 30 minutes everyday. Jogging,swimming,riding bike,treadmill, jump rope. All these things help you burn fat. BUT you have to start eating non-fattening foods. No burgers,hot dogs,french fries. Do this and you will start seeing yourself lose fat.

    well you could go to a gym..but if not that do situps and crunches but you could just go to some websites that show demonstrations…
