What are some strength training exercises I can do without equipment?

I know, I know… yet another diet/fitness question but I don’t have any weights or equipment for working out! I’ve just been running/walking a lot lately, but I still need to incorporate strength training in order to burn more fat by strengthening my muscles! :P Any suggestions? Thanks!

You need to do some interval training.This is where you do some intense exercises for30 minutes a day for 5 days a week to a month or 2. You have to eat 5 actual MEALS a day and keep them healthy. Drink lots of water, and never starve yourself. Rock On! Look up interval training on the internet.
