What are some strength training exercises I can do without equipment?
May 10th, 2010 | by admin |I know, I know… yet another diet/fitness question but I don’t have any weights or equipment for working out! I’ve just been running/walking a lot lately, but I still need to incorporate strength training in order to burn more fat by strengthening my muscles!
Any suggestions? Thanks!
You need to do some interval training.This is where you do some intense exercises for30 minutes a day for 5 days a week to a month or 2. You have to eat 5 actual MEALS a day and keep them healthy. Drink lots of water, and never starve yourself. Rock On! Look up interval training on the internet.
