weight training?
March 2nd, 2010 | by admin |I have started weight training and im doing excercises too target all my muscle areas I do 50-100 of everything like bicep curls,squats or standing calf raises. I have some questions should i flex b4 or after I workout or both? would i get better results if take 5-10 second breaks to regain my muscle energy or not should i go non stop? example- I do 50 bicep curls on eacth hand my muscle gets tired at 30 should i take a rest there and then continue or just do 50 non stop witch would be better? also all the equipment I have are dumbells so can I still get good muscles with doing reg excercises like i listed above? I know this is a lot but i just want to be going in the right direction. Thank you.
