		<description>&lt;b&gt;you&#039;re abs are ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; you&#039;re abs are always active, due to intense work load throughout the day, a high percentage of type 2 muscle fibers(slow twitch). it&#039;s not necessary to walk around tensing, it won&#039;t do anything. training regularly, with rest days is the way to build abs. due to the amount of type two muscle fibers, you&#039;re abdominals can be subject to a heavy work, and more frequently. tensing your lat&#039;s will have no effect on your abs.. your lat&#039;s antagonist is your deltoids.</description>
