correct me if I am wrong. If I use one of the assited dip/pull up machines as in this video. I weigh in now at 290 pounds, if say I put the weight stack on 100lbs Im only lifting 100lbs of my body weight right?
and if I put it on the lighter weight say 50 Im lifting Im lifting 240lbs of my weight?

Rofl, i’m new to the gym and the dip and pullup bars speak for themselfs, I was using it without the blue thing though lol! I was getting funny looks.
I’m used to concreat free weights with plastic covers, this is all new to me. :L
