How do I lose weight without equipment or running?

January 27th, 2012 | by admin |

I’m 15 220 lbs and I need to lose weight for wrestling. Please help

Eat healthy – whole what carsb, lean protein, lots of veggies and fruit, low fat dairy, tons of water, skip the fatty fast, friend food and salt and sugary foods and sodas.

For exercise – try circuit workouts! I don’t have any equipment either..I do BodyRock on YouTube..they are super short but effective!! also, pretend jumping rope is a great aerobic workout!

You cant lose weight without doing anything. Eat a lot less, while working out.

Umm i don’t know if this will help try getting a lot of vitamin B it will make your metabolism move much faster! or you can try the African Mango thing apparently it works, but you need to like keep up with the same amount of exercises you do now to help it work

    Keeping it fun?
One of the main reasons people fail to achieve sustained weight loss is that they fail to

maintain their workouts largely due to boredom. Try and keep it fun and original so at least

once a week train in a different way such as skipping, boxing, outdoor running, outdoor biking

or swimming, This way it can keep your workouts new and interesting while managing to workout

    different muscles.
