    I rotate myworkouts …
    I rotate myworkouts and eventually run into the first type, I rotate every month, P90X rotates the Workouts, What I do diferently is that for Kenpo, Plyometrics or Ab ripper X I add weights. when before I could barely do them. without.

    without weights it feels like im just playing around
    And I am Really Fast!!
    I am faster and have more stamina than anyone over here,

    For weight training i add weight but lately i havent felt much pump . i dont know if it has to do with nutrition or Rest
