Take this exercise and the exercise for the back of the shoulder featured in the past video and you are working similar muscles to Bodyweight Row. It’s not the same as body weight row, but it’s a good substitution. Try it.

    that really works, I can feel my muscles during the exercise, but isn’t that harmful for my elbows when I do it on a hard ground, like wooden floor? it kinda hurt when I’m doing this and I’m not sure is that right
