What are the best aerobic exercises that require no equipment?

I am looking for an aerobic workout.Can anyone suggest a regime of exercises?I am NOT looking for a DVD,or something that requires equipment.I’m basically looking for something that can be done indoors,with a low ceiling.Thanks.

Jumping jacks, burpees, mountain climberss, dancing, planks.
These are all great exercises for aerobic and cardio workout.

Believe it or not there IS such thing as doing TOO MUCH cardio. Your goals is to use cardio as a tool for cardiovascular benefits and heath not to be the staple of your weight loss. It can be a supplement to a proper strength training routine as well as nutrition plan but your main deficit should come through your diet.

Watch Me Shrink/Tone December

Okay so I am trying hard to go to the gym at least 5 days a week. I have been focusing on cardio interval training. I spend 10-15 minutes on cardio equipment, like stairmaster, stationary bike, eliptical, treadmill, ect.. then after, I work on toning, which includes weight training, stretching, floor exercises, and ect.. I am also trying to work on a basic tan so I am not so pasty. I have been cooking so much as well. For breakfast I eat egg whites, sausage and veggies, I snack on almonds and for dinner I prepare fish or meat and pait ir with pan seared veggies and a salad.thanks for watching. comment!

What workout equipment can I try?

Ive tried a bunch of different workout equipments, but I never stick with anything because it becomes boring. Does anybody have advice on what they use. I need some thing that is fun and easy to use, so that i stick with it. I am not looking to gain muscles or anything, I just want to stay slim. I like working out at home and would not want to spend longer then 30 minutes a day.

I got recommended to get a fitryo total bar, so I have been using that for my abs and arms. It doesn’t get boring because you can pretty much make up your workout as you go along. I got the link for it below

How many hours do I work out with out any equipment?

So I’m starting to work out, but with out any equipment, and I was wondering how many hours or days do I need to work out in order to be in good shape, currently I weigh around 151 and I hate it.
and can someone tell me any good home workouts without equipment that actually work? Please.

Keep in mind to focus more on body fat% than pure weight loss. You could lose 5-10 lbs and if you’re tone and fit, have a smokin hot body, or lose ~20 and not look so good.. Get your body fat % checked (doctor or any good gym) and set a goal of how much fat to lose in the next 4 months.

Try this for exercise:
I would go in this order (as you get in better shape)…if you are already in decent shape then start in the middle (with Zuzana’s workouts)

- Jillian Michael’s (trainer from biggest loser) ‘the Shred’. This is a good starter cause it has levels 1-3 so you can start and progress as you get in better shape
- Power90
- Zuzana’s youtube site (not a DVD but has daily workouts…she has one of the most amazing female bodies i’ve ever seen and her workouts are great. http://www.youtube.com/user/charliejames1975
- P90x
- Insanity…google it, get it. This is the most intense workout ever put on tape. It’s tough but you’re young…you can handle it (are you insane enough :-)
