		<description>To burn fat you need to work on cardio! Cardio gets the heart rate up and burns the most fat.  Weight exercises build bulk, so if you are spending more time on weights, spend more time on the treadmill.  I would say at least 30 minutes, or 2 miles. An important thing to remember is to keep your heart rate up and possibly by hopping from machine to machine quickly, you might not get the results you want.
