		<description>Wow :o you&#039;re already pretty big lol. I just do pushups and situps in my house every night ... 50 pushups and situps for me. But, if you really want to gain muscle, then you probably have to go to the gym or buy some sort of equipment so you can train with heavier objects.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;me</description>
