How to gain strength without gym equipment?

March 18th, 2010 | by admin |

I am wondering how i can gain strength (arm strength \ overall strength) without having to buy gym equipment or needing to go to a gym.
I am 175 lbs , 5′8 , 14 years old and i play tackle football and ice hockey.

Thank you for your help.
jus lettin you know im in shape, that wasnt my question , i am wondering how to gain strength in my arms and upper body.

(I am on the cross country team \ i mountain bike )

Wow :o you’re already pretty big lol. I just do pushups and situps in my house every night … 50 pushups and situps for me. But, if you really want to gain muscle, then you probably have to go to the gym or buy some sort of equipment so you can train with heavier objects.

push ups, sit ups, stomach exercises go for a run, just google exercises that require no equipment. or be creative and use stuff around your house, like a bar or something that goes across above your Head to hold onto for chip ups. hope this helps

Do as many pull ups (palms facing towards you to isolate biceps) and push ups as you can everyday.

push ups, sit ups, jogging, crutches:

push ups will help arm muscles
    sit ups helps your abs
jogging gives you leg muscle and makes your legs look good
    crutches also help your abs
