Do home gym machines give you the same body as the better quality gym equipment?
February 28th, 2010 | by admin |I just bought a crosstrainer and bike for home. They are decent quality.
I am now getting worried i would have gotten a better figure using the gym quality equipment?
Or do you think the equipment is basically the same?
can somone help, because im getting upset bout it!
the people at the gym buy the equipment from the same places as any home buyer………..
home equipment might actually be better becuase a gym has to buy dozens of the same equipment so they may spare some expense in order to save money, whilst a person at home might buy a higher end machine because they are only buying one piece of equipment.

It depends.. if it was a cheap one then probably not. But it’s better than nothing.
You will still get a good work out from the same piece of equipment, just try increasing the resistance every once and a while and increase the speed and it should be fine.

I don’t think it’s actually in the equipment. But it’s required. You must have some fitness instructor for better results….

no need to get upset. you ll probaly be fine using the 2 ..i mean you will build decent mucle with the crosstrainer and you will get lean if you use the bike ..its not soo much the equitment but how much you want to give. i gained 10 pounds of muscle in 6 months just doing "the perfect pushup" device . i think if you work hard and no what your working you will ge tthe same results as a high priced gym cuz most people only use 3 machines at there gyms anyways .

Don’t get upset about it. Do you know that stress adds weight and breaks down muscle. Any form of exercise will work if your true to it and if you watch your eating habits. You should never allow your body to go hungry or into the starvation mode. Eat 6 small meals a day and you will always feel full. Make sure yo also do your cardio which you said you got a bike. You never go wrong by purchasing exercise equipment. Maybe you could go to a gym and talk to a personal trainer tell him/her what you purchased and what you want to obtain with it and they can give you a plan of diet and exercise for around 50 dollars

at my house we have a full gym room with bike’s treadmils n other crap.
my brothers already started improving heaps n so is my mum.
basiclly if it helps you exercise you will see an improvment eventually.
Also if you want to improve quicker ,a personal trainer is your best bet, they push you past the limites
don’t get worried
good luck
