    So you should keep progressing in the number of sets as opposed to weight? Or keep the same sets/reps and increase weight?

    And, do you have any tips for packing on lean muscle, I don’t wanna look like a beef cake.

    Using this today for my workout. Want to change it up a bit. When you keep doing the same exercises over and over again the body gets used to them – thus your body will not grow. Keep on shocking your body with different exercises as well as different variations. The results are astonishing

    If two is all you can do than yes that is failure. When you can not possibly find the momentum to push to complete the next one than you know you have gone to failure. If two is all you can do keep on striving for three and keep pressing on before long failure will be after your 12th or who knows maybe your 20th rep. Good luck

    bench presses are …
    bench presses are awesome but using dumbells gives much better concentration as well as a much better resistance to the workout as well as the chest. It is more difficult to do the dumbell presses because it requires much closer attention to form. Try it they are great
