Every one who is pulling on a glove, must put on handwraps, they are the only protection for your hand and wrist (Gloves DO NOT protect your hands). Learn how to wrap your own hands before a workout.

    @hawkman350 You dont have to be an expert mate, make a fist and using the fingers of your other hand grab a knuckle and see if there is any give in it, there is no movement, people who dont know will make up reasons for doing so, that said there are guys at my gym who wrap through the knuckles it is just somthing they prefer to do but as far as I know it has no protection benifits, just make sure the back of your hand and wrist are well wrapped.

    Nice job. I have been told wrapping between the knuckles can stop the knuckles moving though, I’m no expert but it’s just what I’ve heard….

    Speed ball and ceiling to floor ball you can use only wraps but always use a glove for the rest 14 to 16 oz.
