which one really works for you
thank you somegirl. Planning on buying one and i think i’ll go with the Elliptical Trainer, I forgot about that, the fact ho wmuch wear running takes on your knees and joints and this I think would be a good investment rather than a gym membership for 2 or 3 years
Elliptical is the safest. The stepper might give you knee problems over time. Bow flex tread climber might give you knee injuries to.

personally i like actual running and doing core and pushups…but i would go with elliptical trainer

Stepper
I just run up and down the stairs in my house for 10 minutes. So far I’ve lost 5 pant sizes.

Well the treadmill is the best way to burn calories fast. I usually start out power walking on it then take it to a jog and increase the speed. When I start to get tired I slow it back down to a power walk. Keeps you in shape and you don’t have to do it for very long. They also keep track of the calories you burn. The stepper is also good but if you are looking for something simply to keep you healthy and to burn calories I’d go with the treadmill.

i have tried each of these machines and i personally like the elliptical trainer because its a great workout that substitutes a treadmill. i used to run but i have had bad knees since and the elliptical is easy on all of my body especially my back and knees. plus, it works my arms and there are different resistance options.
treadmill is great, but it will affect your body in time.
stepper is just boring and again, if you have bad knees you wont last.
i dont know what a boflex trainer step thing is.
