    It really doesn’t …
    It really doesn’t shake your head at all. Some machines do, like the Power Plate, very uncomfortable and can give you headaches or bother your eyes. But It uses a totally different vibration method than this machine. This machine uses “Triangular Oscillation” which is by far the most popular.
