I am 14 year old beginner at Extreme Fitness, what basic routine should I use with their machines.?

I recently just went in for asessment and he said i have to gain more muscle weight. What machines should i use since my body is still young and fragile? What routine should i follow?

Extreme Fitness should help you with this. When you go in next time tell them you need help organizing a routine. Its their job. They will be happy to help you. I hope this helps you.
