		<description>I&#039;ve coached track for over ten years. I would recommend thinking about which events you are going to compete in and focus your training on that.

If your running long distance (1 mile, 2 mile--slow twitch muscle fiber) all those products are great! Successful long distance runners always crosstrain; meaning they not only run, but they run up hill or do stair steppers, or elliptical to train all the muscle in their legs, not just a specific set.

If your running sprints (400m, 200m, 100m--typically fast twitch muscle fibers); I wouldn&#039;t recommend any of these machine; I think you would get more benefit working with weights and doing quick step exercises (stairs) and short sprints with resistence (i.e parachutes, fast sprints up hill).
