When you weigh …
When you weigh yourself, the scale may seem to fluctuate up and down or just not budge, if it does go down, it’s slooow. This is because you’re putting on weight (muscle) while at the same time trying to lose it (fat). It’s normal, what matters is the fat.
The weight scale is the most inaccurate method of judging body fat content, you should use measuring tape bought at any fitness store to keep track of your weight loss and perhaps even photographs or a mirror to physically observe progress.

You’ll lose weight …
You’ll lose weight while also building muscle. If you eat right and exercise, your body will have no choice but to let go of the fat and, if you keep at it, you’ll end up with a lean physique. Your newly built muscle will improve your metabolism and help to burn fat even faster with the added benefit of keeping fat off.

I started working …
I started working out again on my elliptical. I do 1 hour consecutively. What I do is start with level 1 for 3 min then go up to 10 for 3 min and back to 1 for 3 and then back to 10 for 3 for the first half hour. Then I do 1 for 3 back to 10 for 3 then down to 2 for 3 back to 10 for 3 all the way up to 10 itself. Being that I became very tired. I did 1 through 10 for 1 min each. Then for the last min I increase every 10 seconds.
All in all, I do what I can and challenge myself.

Man these things are hard to use when you’re as out of shape as me, LOL. I have been not doing any exercise for way too long now and am too overweight, finally got off my fat butt and started getting on one of these, all I can say is I can’t wait until my legs and heart adjust rofl. I can only last about 3-4 minutes at a time right now.

My school has a weight room, every phys ed class I go out there I my favorite machine is the Elliptical. Earlier today I was actually on it for 56 minutes straight with the tension put up as high as possible. I actually worked myself so hard that I had to run to the bathroom and throw up 5 times. I was bummed out cause I was going for a full hour on it but missed it by 4 minutes.
