Kettlebell AB exercise: Get-Up Sit-Up and Twist:
Repetitions: One Arm Get-Up Sit-Up (5 Rep’s with right arm + 5 Rep’s with left arm) followed by 5 Rep’s of two Arm Get-Up Sit-Up and Kettlebell Russian Twist = 1 minute x 2 times = 2 minutes.
