		<description>It is all comparative.  If you wouldn’t otherwise be doing anything at all, any kind of exercise is better than nothing.  However, the “total gym” is resistance training, which will help maintain muscle mass as you loose fat, but it isn’t any better than the right combination of bodyweight exercises such a push-ups, pull-ups, single leg squats, dips, step-ups and so on.   The “Gazelle” is a cardio machine that will help you burn fat, but not any better than simply going for a run.  

I would suggest that the best workout equipment for you would be a good pair of running shoes so you can do a combination of running and body weight exercises to achieve your goals without spending money on machines with will inevitably end up being used as overpriced coat hangers.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
