    Ive have been on hunderts of “diets” and i havent lost a single pound. DIETS DONT WORK! Its DIEts, the solution its not diet, its working with you biology, and just eating normaly

    The muscle toning …
    The muscle toning is very debated, but i think what he means is that the higher repetitions give you a better pump in you muscles which blows up the fascia that results in looking “toned”, but of course you need to lose the fast after bulking otherwise you wont see anything.

    Muscles dont “tone up” they just grow, shrik or stay the same. If you want more definition you gotta train that muscle forn every angle and most important LOSE THE FAT thats covering the muscles! Thats all, higher reps with lighter weights are for muscular endurance not for growth!
