I want an excersize / fitness machine for at home, something easy to store and easy to use, any suggestions?

I saw the air climber on an infomercial, but can’t find any reviews on it. Has anyone used it? Also, I want something small that is easy to store and something that gives cardio plus toning….help!
I also have had many abdominal surgeries and am a hernia risk so I have to be careful about doing too much ab work, I am not allowed to do crunches so something that helped the abs without overworking or straining them would be great.

If you want cardio + toning, the only thing you need is a jump rope. Jump ropes are absolutely AMAZING. They are used for aerobic exercise and help tone the legs and arms. Plus, they cost all of around $7 and are VERY easy to store. 45 minutes a day, increasing your time by five minutes every week for one month will yield FANTASTIC results. Just make sure your jump rope is the right size.

The best machine to get is a treadmill in my point of view. You can get one at Sears when they are on sale. It also helps the arms too.

I would recommend a treadmill. I have one in my bed room and I watch tv while I run every day. You get a good cardio workout and it really tones up your legs and butt, and most of your body too. It folds up if you need to save space, and it’s such a great investment. I love it.

i would go with a trampoline, turn on your favorite music and jump, jump, jump. Low impact, cardio workout
It is the same as jumping rope, i had great results with it i also saw my 3 mile time decrease by adding this to my workout.
a basic trampoline is between $20-$30
    Blessings!
