@AlKyki This exercise is not rowing, obviously, but don’t get offended, it’s just a name. The motion works your lats and is called ‘rowing’ because its similar to the motion of the finish (ie. it looks similar to a component of rowing)

are you kidding me? Just because you are pulling and pushing something back and forth doesn’t mean it is a rowing exercise! OMG! Have you actually ever seen a rowing boat? This machine is missing major part. the leg work!!! WOW, this video is pretty useless!!!
