How can I tone up my body at home without the use of exercise equipment?
February 28th, 2010 | by admin |I want to tone and lose weight on my body, mainly my lower half (belly, hips, bum and thighs) but as I am a cheap skate I can’t afford to go to the gym or get proper equipment sooo how can i tone myself up at home?
I need exercise ideas that work on the places i mentioned above ^

do some cardio..just type it in on google "cardio workouts" and you’ll get alot of different workouts you can do right in your livingroom
