    good vid. it’s looks like stephen could stand to do some neck bridges, he’s fairly built but has such a pencil neck (like I used to). it’s one of those muscles that everyone seems to forget, although it’s the first muscle group that people notice when they meet you….go figure.

    Sounds like you …
    Sounds like you haven’t tried Callanethics. It’s an amazin program that uses nothing but your own body. I got into really good shape with it, and fast. You actually feel/see results every time you do the exercises and they are very safe too! Google it! :D

    yes definately it …
    yes definately it is possible. The program I just went through was ALL home workouts using almost ALL body weight and I’m completely ripped now. I got my six pack back and I haven’t seen thing for years! lol. Is there some reason you don’t want to use weights?

    Oh, you said not THESE only…i was actually just curious, seriously wondering if someone can get in amazing shape without lifting a weight (besides their own)…

    huh? how did u come …
    huh? how did u come 2 that conclusion? I love body weight exercises. Like I said the 1’s @ fullyfunctionalfitness(dot)com literally transformed my life! What I said is that u need MUCH MORE than just the 1s they show here. They may be legit ex’s but nobody’s gonna get fit by doing these ex’s alone. I learned 100’s of body weight ex’s on my current program.
    Also what I said is that it’s hard 2 take these ppl serious when they promote body weight ex’s but have all that gym eq in background.

    these are all legit …
    these are all legit exercises, but they lead u to believe that u r going 2 get in great shape by doing these exercises alone. In the meantime they have an arsenal of gym equipment in the background. These exercises are good, but you need A LOT LOT LOT more to really be able to get in great shape without equipment. It IS possible, but u have 2 have hundreds of different exercises. P90X has a good # of home exercises. Fullyfunctionalfitness(dot)com has even more. I’ve done both. Good stuff.

    “My soul, wait thou …
    “My soul, wait thou only upon God;
    for my expectation is from him.
    He only is my rock and my salvation.” (Psalm 62:5-6).
    It is possible to be waiting continually on God, but not only upon Him. There may be other secret confidences intervening and preventing the blessing that was expected. And so the word only must come to throw its light on the path to the fullness and certainty of blessing. “My soul, wait thou only upon God… He only is my rock.”
    —Waiting on God
