What is the best cardio workout that doesnt involve equipment?

March 30th, 2010 | by admin |

I don’t really have equipment like a treadmill. But I need something to do at home or outside the house. I heard running up and down the stiars is good but i need a routine that i can do almost everyday. Can anybody help?

This will kick your butt. Only do it 3x per week.

60 seconds of burpees (youtube it)
60 seconds of squats (arms out in front of you)

60 seconds of pushups

60 seconds of rest

Repeat the above exercises but only for 45 seconds.

60 seconds of rest

Repeat the above exercises but only for 30 seconds.

60 seconds of rest

Repeat the above exercises but only for 15 seconds.

Then lie on the ground while you catch your breath and curse me out.

good luck!

Theres a lot I learned in muay thai classes for this. You can actually get more of a workout without Equipment anyway. I just dont think Ill be able to explain it very well. Running and jogging of course. Crawl in a crab position. Crawl on all fours (legs and arms), many many ab exercises are cardio, especially the bicycle. Run in place, put bring your knee up to your chest. Find a object knee high, and put your foot on top of it and one on the ground, and start switchin legs like your running. Like I said hard to explain, but these are advanced and very heavy workouts.
