Kettlebell Conditioning Workout
CARDIO MACHINE™
ROUND 1 includes:
1 minute of Kettlebell SWING +
1 minute of Kettlebell CLEAN & PRESS +
1 minute of Kettlebell FIGURE-8 and
1 minute of SNATCH
Total Time of each Round is 4 minutes with one minute pause between the rounds,
total workout time is 60 minutes (all together 12 differently designed rounds).
