I want to burn some stomach fat, what simple cardio (without equipment)plan can help me?
March 9th, 2010 | by admin |I want to lose at least 20 pounds of fat by Jan 22-Jan 26. I have no equipment except for a schwinn 430 elliptical bike.And if i have to use the bike how many calories should i burn a day to loose 20 pounds by Jan 22-Jan 26?
try to burn 500 calories a day and cut 500 calories from your diet (easiest way to do this is to NOT drink anything with calories in it. If you drink 3 or 4 sodas a day, that is your 500 calories. If you reduce your calories by 500 a day and burn an additional 500 calories a day on the bike, that is 1000 calories a day less then you have been taking in, you will burn off 2 pounds of fat a week. here’s my approach: go on a low fat high protein diet. eat less carbs. you can do any of these great fat burning exercises in your bed room every night or even twice per day. jumping jacks, shadow boxing, running in place or fast pace dancing to your favorite songs. you cannot stop until the song has completely finished playing. if you think this wont work, try shadow boxing to a song, non stop punching until the song is over and watch how much sweat You’ll be wiping from your forehead
