    Ok guys, will …
Ok guys, will training like and punching the punching bag (plus pads, pushups, rope and so on…basic boxing training) 3 times a week will reduce my body fat? I jog also during training sessions. I am to young to enter the gym, (but not to young for boxing? Must be supervision rules, not every kid behaves like me around “machines)

I dont think it is. …
I dont think it is..if i had to pick between one of the other i would take the heavybag…your not stuck with the targets being in one spot on a heavybag..and you can move around it more. But I could see somoene using this along with a heavybag.

    well no duh padwork …
well no duh padwork is better..but you need a trainer for that…the point of something like this would be someone who wants to do some various types of punches but isnt a boxer and doesnt have a trainer..or is a boxer..and doesnt have access to a trainer at all times…and cleary you could put it in position to hit with uppercuts..so your blanket statement that its just “not useful” is foolish..its not AS useful as a trainer….but if you dont have a trainer its not useless.

Ive never trained with it but it doesnt look useful for train uppercuts.. For Uppercuts is Padwork better

    well no..definitly …
well no..definitly not..and if i had to pick between just having that, and just having a heavybag..id go with the heavybag, having said that…..it would be usuful for practing uppercuts and some different basic combos.
