    i tried the hop …
    i tried the hop scotch move and it felt good so I got creative with it… I started with my right foot and i just jumped from my right foot to both feet for a minute, and the same with my left leg and imediatly I felt it working it my calves! Thanks for the help!

    I teach 3-4 year …
    I teach 3-4 year old children and for some reason I never thought of those. Thanks for the help
