i’ve been recently diagnosed with scifosis and kiphosis (i am 27yrs old) and been told never in my entire life to do workout type of exercises at the gym(weights and stuff)(i was not doing serious weight lifting but moderate weights, for a good body shape). this was a very bad news to me because i was just starting to enjoy fitness and weights and was planning to do it for a long time beacuse it improves my phisical appearance a lot.
