    i like this video, it’s great if you haven’t exercised in a while. but yeah the adverts are annnoying and you kind of lose track of what you’re doing sometimes.

    i think you should stop showing the strive fitness website so much its very annoying, gets in the way of the workout, and its frequency makes me want to visit the site less. I’m sure others feel this way please change it. ^ ^

    I remember when I first started by decision to loose weight. I couldn’t even do the whole thing. This was a nice vid that helped me get started; now halfway down the road, 70lbs lighter I still use it when I don’t have much time for a drawn out workout.; Thanks ! =D

    I first do the low impact, than the high impact (this one) and after that, I stretch and cool down this made me lose two kilos once :)
