On a piece of electronic aerobic equipment, is it better to just go full-speed for 40 minutes or alternate?

I burned 470 calories last night just going full throttle!
but if you would have alternated you would have burned more Cal’s… so i would go full speed then alternate you will see a difference faster! trust me it works! so do back and forth so if you do 40minutes then do like 5minutes fast then 2slower like that they say that is the best…when i run on a track I run the longs and walk the rounds and let me tell you it feels like I ran the whole track for miles but really I do like 4miles so I am like runny 8miles cause you just double what you did…..cool huh!

You will burn more calories and fat by going at alternate speeds. Interval training means that you really do speed up the fat burning and I would recommend 2 mins moderate and the 1 min sprint and then 2 mins moderate etc. for as long as you can manage and you will notice the improvement in your stamina and weight loss / toning.
