		<description>My friend, I have the same problem ... but I&#039;m 156 lbs and 5&#039;9 ... I used to have abs galore lol but now they are covered over with this layer of ... FAT!!! haha I have been trying intense ab workouts now for about 1 1/2 months and I am finally starting to see a difference.

If you want to try losing belly flab, you could consider doing some cardio (ex. &gt;20min running / fast biking) prior to your ab routine.
